Replace Organisateur with Relayé par

- EventDetailScreen: person who shared the event is now "Relayé par"
- ProfileScreen/UserProfileScreen: remove role badges from event lists
- FriendsListScreen: Organisateur/Organisatrice → Relayeur/Relayeuse
- Update event data to transition-themed examples
